history: Mutants are abominations of nature, like freaks with extra eyes and toes, though there is one key difference: they are dangerous. They are a danger to their families if they have one, a danger to their foolish friends if there are still any; they are a threat to humanity as a whole. Why should walking time bombs be guaranteed privileged rights? Why should they be treated equally when they are obviously not normal?
Yagyuu Hiroshi grew up with these notions and as a consequence, despised all mutants. He went to expensive private schools that were supposedly mutant-free, and he actively avoided having any contact with known mutants. Who would want to be acquainted with such monstrosities anyway? Though he and his family had such a deep-seated hatred of mutants, they still had an outward appearance to uphold: his father was a respected doctor and his family was prestigious, so it wouldn't do if they were labeled as "mutant-haters"-- it was such a harsh word. They seemingly remained ambivalent about the subject outside their home, but within the family, they would sneer in disgust at any mention of mutants.
Yagyuu was quite content with his life; he had high grades in school, he had respectable friends, and there were no mutants in his way. However, one day, he was caught in an anti-mutant rally, and what he saw appalled him. Angry, volatile mutants were clashing with the defenseless protestors, throwing them around like rag dolls and sending everyone into a panic. Innocent people were hurt and the mutants were on a rampage. The threat of mutants was always just theoretical, but now, Yagyuu saw for himself how dangerous they could be. He could no longer just watch his kind be trampled by these monstrosities, Nature's mistakes.
He looked into the group that was attacked and found that they were called the Friends of Humanity. He contacted the injured members he had helped, and despite his family's protests, joined their cause. He was sure that his talents, a gift from God that has been passed down in his family's blood, would be helpful in protecting his kind.

powers: Yagyuu has superb hand-eye coordination. As long as he can see the target, his aim will never fail, though he does not always need to continually see the target. For example, he only needs to glance at a wastebasket in order to throw something in with success, but with moving targets, he will need to keep constant vigilance to land a successful hit. As such, sight is very important with his mutation. If he can't see his target, his chances of hitting anything will not be any different from a normal human's.
Provided that he has had the training, virtually anything can be a lethal weapon in his hands. This includes firearms, to less traditional projectiles such as pencils. Additional experimentation with such projectiles may be needed in order to master them.
Another aspect of his gift for hand-eye coordination is that his reflexes are much sharper than a normal human's. At his current level, he would be able to dodge punches in a fight with relative ease. With more proper training, he would even he able to spot and dodge incoming bullets.
